Overview

NGI completed a Phase I ESA, Phase II Site Characterization, and Phase III Remediation of an automotive dealership in Milwaukie, Oregon. Work consisted of identifying areas of concern, completing subsurface soil borings, laboratory analysis, and contaminant characterization and quantification. Remedial activities included writing the work plan, SAPP, QAPP, health and safety plan, and final remedial action and verification sampling report. NGI supervised the remedial activities and tracked budget costs. NGI provided these oversight services to the property owner of the auto dealership in order to assure that their property interests were not being adversely affected.
