Overview

NGI completed a subsurface exploration, existing pavement analysis, geotechnical report, and high performance racing surface mix design specifications. During the track overlay NGI provided construction quality control of the asphaltic concrete. The $2.2 million project included a complete repaving of the 2 mile racing surface and new Formula-1 style curbs to improve track safety. The track hosts 650 events a year and generates $45 million in economic activity.
