Overview

NTI provided special inspection and materials testing services in support of OHSU’s newest clinical facility at the Marquam Hill Campus. The $256 million project began in spring of 2003 and was completed in spring of 2006. The Patient Care Facility consisted of eleven stories above a four-level parking structure. NTI’s scope of services included special inspection and materials testing in support of reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, shotcrete, high strength bolting, structural welding, including non-destructive examination of FEMA moment frame connections, and fireproofing.
