Overview

NTI provided special inspection services for the construction of the Costco facility. The 148,663 square foot facility was completed in 110 calendar days from subgrade to opening. To match the contractor's schedule NTI assigned as many as five inspectors to the project. Duties included reinforced concrete inspection, structural steel inspection, structural masonry inspection, proprietary anchors inspection and the monitoring of fill placement.
