BACKGROUND
Northwest
Geotech, Inc. (NGI),
was founded in 1983 to provide geotechnical and environmental assistance to
private and public projects. As we have grown, services have been expanded to
include special inspection and in-house construction materials testing. The
principals of our firm have extensive experience with projects requiring soils
and foundation engineering, engineering geology, and environmental site
assessments. Northwest Geotech, Inc., also offers full service construction
monitoring and testing facilities which are approved by the Washington
Association of Building Officials (WABO), the City of Portland Bureau of
Development Services, International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO),
U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).
Recognizing the growing importance of the geotechnical, materials, and
environmental professions, we are committed to providing practical yet
innovative work of high quality. Northwest Testing, Inc. (NTI), is a division of Northwest Geotech, Inc., which was founded in 1983 to provide construction monitoring and materials testing, geotechnical and environmental assistance to private and public projects including municipalities, owners, contractors, developers, architects and engineers throughout the Pacific Northwest. The range of projects typically serviced by NTI includes streets and highways, light rail facilities, churches, schools, fire stations, justice facilities, high-rise structures, stadiums, industrial complexes, residential and commercial developments, and wireless tower sites. NTI’s approach to a project is to listen to our client’s needs and then design the services to satisfy those requirements. This approach maintains cost-effective management while ensuring necessary client contact through completion of the project. NTI has conducted business for

Our flexibility can accommodate nearly any requirement for invoicing, reporting, tracking, or manpower needs.
