This expansion included special inspection services and in-house laboratory construction materials testing, featuring one of the most comprehensive soil mechanics and construction materials testing laboratories in the Western United States.
NGI/NTI typically service a diverse range of projects, including streets and highways, light rail facilities, schools, fire stations, justice facilities, high-rise structures, stadiums, industrial complexes, and residential and commercial developments.
NGI’s full-service testing facilities are approved by the International Accreditation Services, Oregon Building Officials Association, Washington Association and Building Officials, the City of Portland Bureau of Development Services, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
